Abstract
The article describes the theory and practice of adaptive expertise in the structure of learning the basics of pedagogy. The quality of the adaptive use of pedagogy is the quality of the use of the ideas of humanism in the professional development of the teacher. Teachers of physical culture in the structure of the passage of pedagogical practice in different planes define the conditions defined tasks using an adaptive knowledge that guarantees quality solution professionally-pedagogical problems in the form of adaptive setting and verification.
