Abstract
The problem of teacher modeling in defining and solving the problems of the student included in the system of continuing professional education. To detail the quality and the possibility of becoming a productive person uses one of pedagogical technologies of formation of culture of independent work (technology system-pedagogical modeling), verifies the particular formulation and solution of problems of socialization of productive learning and personal fulfillment. Examples of the use of technology of system simulation and pedagogical study courses in the structure of modern pedagogy.
