Abstract
With the rapid development of enterprises of food industry and expanding of the assortment of the proposed production the manufacturer's ability to provide its high quality is particular importance including from the standpoint of security. The solution of this problem is the implementation of quality management systems based on ISO 9000 series standards and principles of the HACCP system.
