Abstract
In most enterprises, the cost of meeting the expectations of the consumer in the field of quality are significant amounts, which do not actually reduce the amount of profit it is therefore logical that the cost of quality shall be identified, processed and presented to the management like other costs.
An way to reduce the quality costs is the evaluation of possible failures and their consequences. An effective tool for saving this problem is FMEA-methodology for identification of failures in the manufacture of products.
