AbstractThe problem of import substitution of agricultural products has always occupied a special place in the Russian economy. As practice shows, the majority of the agrarian crisis occur on the background of aggravation of geopolitical and economic situations. Given the current macroeconomic and external economic position of Russia, the effect of Western economic sanctions, tensions with Ukraine, the food embargo on certain products imported from the European Union, Australia, United States, declines in some rural raw materials from Egypt, the increase in public debt, one of the priority tasks of the state in this direction is the search of innovative models of development of the industry of agriculture.
