Abstract
Rh immunization remains a critical issue in modern obstetrics due to its association with hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn. This study provides an extended clinical and diagnostic analysis of pregnancy outcomes in 20 women with Rh immunization. The aim was to improve pregnancy management through a personalized approach based on immunological dynamics and instrumental monitoring. The methods included serological assessment, ultrasound examination, and Doppler studies. The findings demonstrated that individualized management strategies reduced complication rates by 30% and improved favorable perinatal outcomes up to 85%. These results emphasize the importance of revising standard management protocols and implementing personalized medicine in obstetric practice.
