SPECIALTIES OF DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF REFRIGERATION PISTON COMPRESSOR

Abstract
Nowadays the information of refrigeration theme concerning with refrigeration piston compressors is not sufficient, and modern requirements point on necessity of new literature not older than five years print. In Russia new textbooks about refrigeration compressors haven't already come, but those ones will be useful in understanding the sense and sequence of dynamic analysis of refrigeration piston compressor. Due to this, authors decided to represent understandable sequence of dynamic analysis of refrigeration piston compressor. On the base of the definite example has been observed specialties and sequence of dynamic calculation of moving masses of refrigeration piston compressor in the article. During the work of piston compressor because of quick movement and changing the direction of moving masses of details crank mechanism appear greatly inertia which have to be considered because of vast angle twist speeds crankshaft. Not correct dynamic calculation on the stage of creating the source of manufacturing compressor is abruptly decreased, the noise, vibration and energy consumption are increased. It is known that the dynamic analysis is consisted of enough hardworking process of inertia definition in time of compressor working with crank mechanism; it is occupied so many time (if the calculation is executed without the applying of machine technologies). The article's aim is to representing structural sequence of calculation on the base of which the refrigeration piston compressor dynamic forces are defined. So far the dynamic calculation which is produced by the students studying refrigeration machines is not understandable completely due to lack of information and absence strick and statement and examples in scientific literature. The article will acquaint the reader with theoretical base and on which sequence the dynamic analysis is produced with the help of moving masses of refrigeration piston compressor.
