Abstract
The article presents the features of the method of using a portfolio in the organization of scientific and pedagogical training of future teachers, defining and decisive in the model of joint activities with the students the opportunity to select the conditions and forms, methods and techniques of productive self-expression and self-awareness of quality development and personal fulfillment. Theory and practice of modeling determines the model portfolio quality learning solutions to development problems and the self, highlights the prospects of building reflection models. Portfolio learning can be used in the structure of summing ranking student, it can also be used in the structure of the organization of research work of students. Portfolio learning as a method and educational technology is used in the structure of continuous education, starting with pre-school educational institutions, passing the elementary school, middle and senior managers of educational institutions, the system of secondary vocational education, higher education and the training of highly qualified personnel (postgraduate, doctorate).
