Abstract
In modern times the prevailing conditions of uncertainty management of the structure of the economy, characterized by transformation processes that take into account changes in the macroeconomic situation on the market, potential of forming of financial resources of enterprises, economic growth, forms of organization of production and financial activities, financial condition and other characteristics of the operation of the business. The food industry is to meet the basic needs of the population in essential food products.
