Abstract
In article application of the correcting coefficients on financial security of acquisition of communication services on basic standard costs of standard and per capita financing on rendering the state services in implementation of educational programs of the higher education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation is proved. Results estimates of adequacy of size of the correcting coefficients applied concerning costs of acquisition of communication services at federal universities of the country are carried out.
