Abstract
The definition of delegation of authority is given. The main tasks of the manager in the process of delegation are set. The benefit of delegation is indicated, both for the leader and for the subordinate. The reasons why the leader is afraid to use delegation in practice are considered. The efficiency of delegation for the company is shown.
