Abstract
The article presents results of the development of models for the dynamics of heterostructures of snow-ice masses are presented: a fundamental model of nonstationary heat transfer, a finite-difference model of heterostructures, a model for organizing external and internal iteration processes, and a model for the freezing process of a liquid layer. New regularities of nonstationary processes in heterostructures of snow-ice masses have been established, which allow obtaining safer designs and technologies. Recommendations are formulated on the expedient arrangement of snow retention and reduction of soter formation, as well as materials and technologies for applying new composites for safe structures.
