Abstract
Social partnership as a mechanism of constructive interaction of government, employers and employees must ensure consistency, taking into account the interests and opinions of different groups in the resolution of any disputes and the decision of socially significant decisions in various spheres of society. The article is devoted to analysis of the implementation of the declared norms and principles of social partnership in the labor sphere on the example of higher education. On the basis of focus group research, the authors identify the main problems of modern collective agreements and the work of trade Union organizations at the universities.
