Abstract
The article describes the experience metal distribution company and offered recommendations for improving the management of its material resources, consisting in the development of systems with a fixed rate of reserves - the use of the ABC - analysis, to improve the search for alternative suppliers, which will allow the company more carefully study the supply and demand for the metal market, and It is to become more competitive and sustainable.
