Abstract
In today's economy, the strategy serves as a bar in the management of companies. The long-term stable operation of each organization, its economic growth is determined by the right choice of development strategy. In order to assess the company's position in the market is necessary to evaluate and understand the odds in the future by conducting strategic analysis. Each organization is unique in its management and organization of production of goods or services, so there is no single strategy for companies. However, there are fundamental factors that make the right choice of development strategy.
