Abstract
In the article offers on creation of organizational support of customs services quality management system are proved based on results of the carried-out analysis. These offers are adopted to existing circumstances of customs authorities working, strategic objectives of customs service development in Russian Federation, the principle of consumer interests orientation (participants of foreign trade) and gradual reorganization of the developed organizational structure of customs authorities. The offered approach will allow to solve an important problem of customs management by criterion of customs services quality and to increase consumer usefulness of the foreign trade sphere both for the state, and for participants of foreign trade.
