Abstract
The article considers main indicators of real estate market of the Rostov region, as the housing provision of the population and the cost of 1 square meter of residential real estate. On the basis of official statistical data the study of the price situation and a prediction of the cost of 1 sq m on the residential real estate market of some municipalities of the Rostov region, the results of which can be used for regulation of that market.
