Abstract
The article describes the theory and practice of teaching in the structure refinement simulations capabilities of modern education. Personality development is defined as the base of formation of experience of social relations and values governing the possibility of self-affirmation and self-realization, socialization and communication. The paper defines the pedagogical conditions and business model of modern education.
