Abstract
The article reflects the practice of using questionnaires and clarification technology in the future teacher of physical culture and future coach of swimming. Complexities of modeling survey and analysis of the practice in the course of the survey data are in our work field analysis and generalization of the system obtained by the study results. The ability to assess the quality of pedagogical processes in the structure of the survey defined an effective tool in the multidimensional use of different research methods, complementary surveys (to assess the quality of socialization and personal fulfillment - this observation and student portfolio).
