Abstract
In the process of realization of federal and regional models of alcoholism and drug addiction prophylaxis it is necessary to work out unified approaches for professional extra-training of Health Care and Education Systems specialists. It becomes possible on conditions of observing principles of continuity between all the levels of prophylaxis and realization of interdepartmental cooperation on the base of information-analytical assurance of quality and introducing of complex programs efficiency control.
