Abstract
The article considers the tendencies of modern international relations characterized by the deepening integration at the regional level within the world, as well as the growing importance of innovation in the economic sphere. Particularly the question becomes relevant as for the issue of innovative direction implementation within the framework of regional integration, such as the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. The article highlights the background, trends and the feasibility of a joint Innovation activity.
