Abstract
The article is devoted to the social danger of family violence. Presents statistical data on registered cases of domestic violence. Analyzed legislation governing the legal aspects of domestic violence. Considered the proposals of the Government of the Russian Federation relating to amendments to the administrative code of the Russian Federation.
