Prevalence of AH in Krasnoyarsk was 44.2% among the working population. Prevalence of ADD among women significantly higher than men. Among women with AH was significantly higher frequency of elevated level of ADD (83.7% vs. 73.0%), and frequency of expressed ADD (68.4% vs. 51.2%). Women with AH, receiving AHT irrespective of treatment, had a significantly higher frequency of elevated level ADD (87.9% vs. 75.0%). The presence of ADD among women can be seen as a psychosocial predictor of of AH, and pharmacological correction of mental status in women can increase the commitment of AHT.
