Abstract
The problem of optimizing the social and psychological climate in the team is dictated by the increased requirements to the level of involvement of the individual in his work and the complexity of human activity, the constant growth of their personal ambitions. The article discusses the structure of the program to optimize the socio-psychological climate in the organization.
