Abstract
In this paper we report theoretical investigations of problems of legal regulation of public relations arising about the medical secrecy in the sphere of sanitary-epidemiological well-being. Highlight the main important problems of legal regulation of medical secrecy in this aspect, and proposed solutions to them.
