Abstract
The article defines the socio-cultural and psycho-pedagogical conditions of formation of experience of professional fulfillment. The interrelation of the level of readiness of the future expert to variativnoj personal and professional fulfillment with a group of conditions and factors. No significant information saturation of preliminary training, university traditions, ecological and moral orientation of teaching disciplines, creative training, as well as accounting typological features of students to form experience professional fulfillment.
