Abstract
The purpose of this article is to review the existing practices alignment of budgetary security of municipal entities of the Russian Federation. The system of financial equalization, currently in force in the Russian Federation, it is a measure of budgetary security baseline for determining the amounts of subsidies provided by the federal budget and the Russian Federation budget to the budgets of municipalities. The article analyzes the level of grants for leveling the budget supply to municipal formations.
