Abstract
The volume of road transport is experiencing seasonal variations associated with many factors. consumer market and as a result, transportation of light petroleum products, experiences the same problem. In addition, there is a cyclical oil consumption (per day). Seasonality factor, as shown by analysis of the sources, is widely considered inadequate, allowing for a more detailed assessment of its impact on trucking.
