Abstract
Currently, the issue of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations is in front of each economic operator. Each tool to enforce the obligations associated with high financial risk for those who provide them. State guarantee support is the most reliable way to ensure the fulfillment of commitments made. The article outlines the key aspects of the mechanism of state guarantee support.
