Abstract
Fell upon financial crisis, the expected spread of the sphere of monetary circulation in the sector and the real economy has affected all sectors, including agriculture. Agri-food sector is one of the largest and most vital sectors of the Russian economy. From the status and effectiveness of the agro industrial complex development depends on the level of food security of the country and in general living standards. AIC determines the overall state of the economy, closely interacting with almost all industries, so the development of a sustainable system of enterprise development has become a top priority and has gained increasing importance in the context of the global crisis.
