Abstract
This article focuses on the analytical study of the mathematical model of the classic electrode effects in the surface layer of the atmosphere. The study prepared by the spatio-temporal distribution of the concentrations of positive and negative ions and the electric field strength in a variety of conditions in the surface layer of the atmosphere.
