Abstract
The authors attempted to reveal the structure of the self-management model of students work. Substantiated and disclosed the value of information technology in the organization of independent work process. Particular emphasis is placed on the use of independent work Moodle remote system successfully used in Mininskom University. The results of the study of motives perform independent work of high school students. The results allow the motives for learning to adjust and make the most efficient process management and organization of independent work of the university.
