Abstract
The article analyzes the main problems of development of Russian system of education, quality of professional training for key sectors of the domestic economy. Identified barriers to students successfully adapt in the labour market. Particular attention is drawn to the professional expectations of young professionals. Proposes specific activities aimed at improving the system of education in the context of formation of professional trajectories of the young specialist in order to balanced socio-economic development of modern Russia.
