Abstract
The main goal of our research is that the other principles of jurisdiction of the state (except the territorial jurisdiction in our case) can solve the problem of transnational cybercrime. Now we can see that the lex loci is not work properly in some cases. But some states use the passive personality principle and the principle of citizenship in domestic criminal laws. So we analyzed how it works in that cases. And we hope that our article can give some answers on this questions.
