Abstract
Abstract: The subject of this article are the features of the legal status of officials when they commit computer crimes. The problem of the relationship of such status and the degree of public danger of the act committed. Taken into account aspects of national criminal law and the problem of granting such status of foreign officials. We give conclusions on improving the art. 273 of the Criminal Code, the introduction of clear criteria for the differentiation of the criminal responsibility of skilled compositions computer crimes provided for in Chapter 28 and 21 of the Criminal Code.
