Abstract
This article presents the history of occurrence of innovative products exchange, it analyzes background of their invention and experience in development of trading platforms from the start of their functioning until modern times. The fundamental functions of innovation exchange and specifics of its work in the context of Russian economy were considered. Main problems of development of electronic trading platforms in Russia and several ways of their solution were studied.
