Abstract
The article describes an innovative technology that is the basis for high-quality and effective upbringing work in the modern university. Using monitoring as upbringing activity of the higher school support productive yields information on its real position. Monitoring serves the objective necessity of development and formation of any upbringing system. The issue raised in the article, is the multifaceted nature of the modern Russian higher upbringing.
