The article is devoted to adapting personnel. This topic is relevant today. This article discusses what the psychological adaptation is, what are its characteristics, that affect it, what are the models, aspects and levels of adaptation, and what is the basis of the adaptation barrier. After examining these aspects, you can speed up or streamline the process of adaptation of workers.
