Abstract
The article provides a brief analytical overview of the experience of Russian universities in the field of affordable and quality higher education for persons with disabilities and the HIA. This review is based on the monitoring information in the public domain, on the official websites of universities, specialized subject portals, materials of scientific conferences, scientific literature, media coverage, etc. Data analysis is carried out in accordance with a specially developed base of criteria, developed by a team NSPU them.
