Abstract
The article deals with the possibility of organizing educational activities, pedagogical reflection, socialization and self-realization, personality development is prolonged in the sense of social and professional origins. Quality determination of the principles of the system of pedagogical interaction and compliance with the selection of pedagogical methods, means and forms of organization of educational activities defined and modified at the level of personality development and education. The ability of teachers to use pedagogical modeling to clarify and detail the different pedagogical conditions and opportunities identified meet the challenges of pedagogical activity is important and competitive.
