Abstract
The article presents the results of monitoring studies of the physical development of modern students of Nizhny Novgorod region. Anthropometric survey of 8415 students 17-25 years old conducted by generalizing in 2011-2016. It is noted that for the period of study at the university in the background increase morphologi-cal parameters half of young people continuing buildup fiziometrick indicators. Vegetative status characterized by a certain voltage, as a reflection of an intense and highly dynamic lifestyle associated with the learning process at the university.
Identified features of morphological and functional parameters of modern students, justify the development of scorecards in the form of one-dimensional centile scale to assess physical development of students of Nizhny Novgorod region in the age-sex groups of 17 to 21 years of age or older.
