Abstract
in article relevance of formation of commitment of students as backbone quality of future teacher in implementation of personal and professional development strategies is disclosed. Estimated indicators (standard, valuable and semantic, productive and reflexive) and pedagogical conditions of development of commitment of students in higher education institution are allocated and proved that enriches the theory and practice of professional education.
