Abstract
In article the important role of motivational and valuable bases in management of professional career of specialists of the service organization is defined. Three levels of formation of motivational-valuable bases of professional career of specialists of the service organization are allocated, their characteristic is given, results of a research are presented. Coaching is considered by the perspective direction of development of motivational and valuable bases of management of professional career of specialists of the service organization.
