Abstract
The culture of professional activity of the expert is presented as a certain level of proficiency of the general culture, the experience, individual and personal characteristics and properties providing success of professional growth according to requirements of a profession. It is shown that cultural and moral bases of creation of professional career of the expert in many respects are defined by cultural ways of activity and it is characterized by strengthening of a creative component in the solution of professional tasks, increase in skill and authority, confidence in prospects. The structure of culture of professional activity is defined.
