Abstract
The main characteristics are this and genesis of a definition of the main economic models of post-industrial economy is given. The scale of a post-industrial phase of development on the basis of the period of emergence of economic models and major factors of production is constructed. The interrelation and interdependence between information economy, economy of knowledge and creative economy is revealed. Benefits and prospects of forming of creative economy as highest step of development of post-industrial society are proved.
