Abstract
In article problems of low level of children's and youthful sport are considered that is caused by relevance of problem, namely: high rates of decrease in level of sport for children and young people. By data the share of healthy children has decreased to 32 percent, about 5 million young citizens have chronic pathology today. Also in work the reasons and factors of this phenomenon are considered.
