Abstract
Today in Russia and abroad there are effective surgical laser technologies to treat various diseases, and the laser tool became available for physicians major medical centers in Russia. This fact makes the laser an indispensable tool in the treatment and diagnosis of patients. And level of scientific research in the field of laser medicine is very high. But the laser is not yet available to all medical institutions of the country.
