Abstract
This article defines the concept of "investment policy", revealed the levels of financial activities, which should be developed investment policies, are the main types of investment policy, made forecasts of socio-economic development of Russia for the year, as well as determined securities portfolio structure, obtained credit groups institutions, distributed according to the value of assets.
