Abstract
By the method of Sol-gel technology resulting zinc orthosilicate doped with cobalt ions (Zn2-xCoxSiO4 , х - 0,01, 0,05, 0,1, 0,2, 0,5). The optical properties of the sols in the range 310-900 nm, the presence of characteristic absorption bands of the formed structures. The absorption band of 450-550 nm corresponds to the transition 4A2g – 4T1g cobalt ion (II).
