Abstract
The article is devoted to the national card payment system of the Russian Federation and the national payment system"Mir". The timeliness of the topic is concerned on the demand of setting up the national payment card system on one side and the problems of creation of the relevant plastic cards as a payment instrument in Russia. During the arguments on this issue is considered a advantages and disadvantages of the national payment system, national card payment system and the Mir-card as it is widely discussed in the article.
